I wanted a underseat subwoofer and the inphase option available was better than the Kenwood I was originally considering. By the time I got round to ordering, the inphase model had gone up so I ordered the Kenwood. I soon got a call from customer services explaining the Kenwood was on extended delivery, I said I wanted the inphase, and they agreed to match the original price. It arrived within 24 hrs, but sadly wouldn't work so I returned it for repair. They couldn't fix it, so credited within the week. I reordered another inphase sub, that again arrived really quickly on DPD, this one works a treat and I'm really happy with it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else .
