Very helpful. Excellent service. Kept us up to date with their supplier problems. Went out of their way to give us options when delivery was delayed. Refund was always an option when the radio we wanted wasn't available, but found us the perfect, excellent quality radio in the end. Can't thank Gary enough for his efforts.
