My contact was Curtis in the Sales Department, He provided excellent advice on different products, and always took whatever time was necessary to discuss any problems . I made a mistake in Ordering a satnav , and asked if I could Return the item for a Refund or to use the Credit as a pre-order against a more suitable Product , when in Stock . Again Curtis sorted it out , and I have returned the item , currently awaiting Delivery to them , and the necessary Credit . Full marks to Car Audio Centre , and I will be recommending them whenever I can .
