I read many reviews which a couple of them was negative, I've notice the negative was old ones, mostly for delivery time which I didn't care about that. I couldn't create account so I call them, customer service respond fast, was very helpful and I made online order after. I've ordered an Pioneer amp, it came with the best price everywhere even in Europe, plus gift a wire kit. Delivered in 3 days in really good package. I haven't install the amp yet so I don't know how they will respond in the event of faulty amp. If everything goes ok I believe this store is one of the best all over stores in UK. I'll definitely buy from them in the future.
