On speaking to the salesman I got though to on my phone call I was discussed with the way he spoke to me and very unhelpful
He said I’ve been on the phone to you for 22 minutes we are not a technical service to help you to fit your radio go to a fitter who knows what to do instead asking me
I asked to be put through to customer service
And reported him I hope he gets a talking to
Customer service sorted my problem
And they were great
