Substituted product, wanted a pioneer reversing camera, got this road angel reverse camera instead and didn’t request it
Spoke to customer services and they seem to think they’re right ,customer is not.
Bad attitude, look and send product back but even that’s problematic signing to register a return, just make it awkward all the way through, bad company to deal with
