I called customer service as my sat nav wouldn't update to find that its now discontinued and no updates available( lifetime updates aren't quite that) disappointing to say the least, however the guy I spoke to sorted me a replacement with a generous discount, had to spend money that I weren't expecting but I've a new sat nav now. Delivered next day free.
