I ordered an in-Phase car stereo (CAC421182) which would not read a USB stick but also wouldn't eject a CD. This was on first installation. Sent it back for a replacement and to get my CD back. Replacement sent but without the CD. This too failed to read a USB stick. I then went to the Tooting Branch and had the USB stick checked, which was found to be fine, and then purchased a Kenwood stereo from them as they would vouch for its performance/operation. I then sent the 2nd faulty in-Phase stereo back for a refund and although I received a notification it had been received on 10th June but heard nothing further,
