This is a review for my recent purchase of the JL-Audio TR690-TXi - 6 x 9 inch Coaxial Speakers from the CarAudioCentre. (Very speedy and free delivery). Bought these to go in the rear of my 1996 TVR Chimaera to compliment my front JL-Audio TR650-CXi's which in my opinion really punch some bass. While although I haven't actually got round to fitting them yet, (My installation requires delicate cutting of carpet and fibre glass) if they pack the same punch and audio clarity as the TR650's then I will be more than happy. Running all 4 speakers off a Pioneer mechless MVH-X580 (4 x 50w) head unit with no amps, I truly believe these speakers will surpass all expectation. Hope this helps.
