After looking online through amazon and reviewing the pioneer DEH6600Dab stereo, i decided to purchase this on the basis of the product features. One of which is advertised as bluetooth for hands free calling, to only find when it had arrived and installed that it does not actually have bluetooth at all. i had reviewed the product on amazon then brought directly from car audio center as they offered free delivery, however this product on amazon was being sold by the same car audio center, after speaking with someone at the car audio center about the problem i faced with this, the fella was very abrupt in telling me it was not there problem as it did not say bluetooth on there website from which i brought from, i still felt they should have some responsibilities for selling through amazon and money way going to them, and presumed the product would of been the same. i wasnt helped in any way and felt as if they didnt want to help me resolve this apart from me having to sent the product back to them at my cost and also pay a £5 admin fee for returning a product (really) that i didnt want as it wasnt up to the spec i needed, at no point have i felt understood or cared for as a customer with this company by what seems like a large turn over company, had there attitude been different i may of brought all the rest of the stuff i needed through them, i feel they should take some responsibility for the advertised wording on amazon for there product that states car audio center, as this has caused me a lot of hassle and extra costs .
