I bought a conversion lead for my car stereo from the Car Audio Centre, which didn’t work so I contacted them about it, they advised me it needed an additional patch which |I bought from them. Even with this patch the lead was incompatible with my car. So I contacted them again, and they agreed that if I returned the items they would give me a full refund, which I am pleased to say they have done straight away. I cannot fault this company, they were very helpful through my experience with them and would recommend them to anyone else who may be considering using them.
