Service and delivery very good from yourselves however Road Angel have been less than satisfactory. They used to have a very helpful customer service lady, now when you call anyone you speak to seems devoid of phone manners, getting my new Gem registered took four phone calls. Sometimes the phone was answered and then put down. One employee said the poor service was due to new servers etc.
If you are partnering Road Angel you should try and call anonymously and find out first hand
