Delivery very late (12 days) yes we had snow for a day.. after calling Caraudio twice to chase up as they are responsible for it getting to your house, I just spoke to young boys with no customer experience at all, and no knowledge of consumer rights, one of them told me if I would get off the phone he could do something, no feedback at all, nothing, I had to chase the courier to rearrange.. I could of quite easily went to a proper company like Amazon or eBay but I thought I would give the small business a chance, we’ll they had it and lost it as far as I’m concerned. Poor show Car Audio, learn Customer Service and you might scrape through 2018.
