Contacted Car Audio Centre three times, once was an initial query and two further emails were regarding the product I had bought and the inaccuracy of their description on their website. In all three cases I had no response, I returned the item through their returns portal, order status was only updated 2 weeks after I returned my item and saying that a refund would take 3 weeks to proceess!! Website looks good, descriptions and info about products could be more accurate, poor customer service interaction
