The part sullied was not compatible with my car (even though they assured me it was), therefore the unit was returned, After waiting 6 weeks and several expensive phone calls a refund was eventually made. The refund is at present only 75% of the actual cost of the part and I am trying to get the full refund with more expensive phone calls incurred to there refund office which is only open at inconvenient times. The refund process is disgraceful as it was completely Car Audio Centres fault in advising me of the incorrect part for my car and non-compatibility of the part supplied. I will not be purchasing any items from this company again.
