The product itself was fine, until it broke. I was told I needed parts that I did not. The customer service I experienced after was utterly shocking! CAC were rude to me and threatened me with blackmail. When I said my headunit had a problem and I also wanted to return an item that had not been used (and still boxed), I was told I could have one or the other!!! If I tried to get to claim both, the gentleman said "my life would be made very hard and I would probably not get my headunit repaired". I shall certainly never use these people again.
