Ordered head unit a week ago and no confirmation of delivery date. I had to ring up to check what was happening with the order. They stated the head unit had gone missing! The courier statement says order was cancelled, which is it?
No offer of reimbursement or a token gesture for inconvenience caused. I have my van stripped down to install this and have been waiting a week. I now have to wait a further several more days for delivery (if it comes!)
Not very happy.
