I bought a Double DIN Pioneer stereo head unit in their Spring sale, saving roughly £75 in the process and getting free delivery via Royal Mail within two working days. The package turned up in good condition (a corner of the box suggested it had been dropped at some point, but that could easily be Royal Mail to blame) and the stereo seems to work exactly as advertised (it's a bit early to review the product, as the lockdown means I've not driven much). The website gave me a little trouble registering an account directly after my order, and I didn't receive a confirmation email, which would knock a star off, but their customer service was both quick to respond and very helpful, providing confirmation of the order and an order number so I could register on their site and track the parcel (thanks again, Gary!)
