Spoke to someone called Curtis, who was very helpful indeed.advised what I needed, and it came within 2 days. Called back with a query about something else, and the man on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional,not helpful, and when I said that I had dealt with curtis a few days before, he started saying that Curtis had messed up someone’s order...he was incredibly abrupt with me. I ended up buying the additional items elsewhere...I when I rang, I kept getting the rude man answer, and he was not helpful at all... infact I had my phone on loudspeaker and my husband was shocked at this mans telephone manner.
