I ordered a part December 1sr and it was returned due to no apt number on December 12th. I have emailed them because they have no phone with the apartment number and trying to communicate. Today is January 8 and the last time they have responded was December 18th stating they are preparing package and would send me tracking information soon. I have not recieved any communication at all since December 18th.
