Ordered a rear differential ($247) and it arrived in a box with oil stains seeping through . Sent an email because I no longer needed. The automated response was that they would respond once the return was approved.Ended up reaching out to them three times. Not a single response back.
That’s really too bad. Reporting to the BBB.
