They sent me the wrong part. Instead of sending the part we ordered for a car, they sent a part for a truck. We had it flashed at a dealership and they informed us it was not the correct part. We had to pay the $215 fee for flashing anyway. I have emailed a dozen times, called and contacted them through Facebook. They responded to me one time in the beginning, I sent over what they requested the same day, and nothing else since then. This started about a month ago. I’m so frustrated. I’m just asking for them to refund my money… not to pay the $215 although it was their mistake… but I can’t even get them to respond.
I would highly suggest that you find a different company to use. If they make an error, you need communication from them or need to return something, too bad for you!
