I have only had the car for 1 day. I have mixed emotions about the experience so far. Your phone team were super friendly and very easy to talk to, clear and concise. However, my initial contact seemed to be ignored and was not followed up. I was left not knowing if I was eligible for a car for more than 24 hrs and it wasn’t until I contacted them again and went through the procedure again that I was helped and, to her credit, had an answer after about two hrs. The delivery of the car was excellent. But I was asked to sign a phone without having any idea of what I was signing for. I was told I would receive a copy by email. As yet (24 hrs later) this review is the only thing I have received from CarBiz.
The Kona is great and well suited to my needs. I don’t particularly like that the back window has the words “accident replacement vehicle” on it. I find it embarrassing as this accident was not through my negligence.
This is not intended to be criticism but hopefully constructive criticism for the good of your business.
