Wasn’t very impressed. When ordered winch no delay in shipping was mentioned . A week later website mentioned delays due to moving .
Two unanswered emails to customer service regarding delivery . Shipping details on my account stated no tracking data available . Finally rang customer service, who was helpful, it turned out was being delivered that day, lucky I went looking for it as in unsecured area. Box was damaged. First part of Winch rope upon unpacking looked liked it had been dragged along concrete. Don’t imagine I’m going to win promo pack
