Amazing service from the entire team! Special shoutout to Nick from Carbon Offroad, honestly the best customer service I've ever experienced, never have I met such friendly people. Despite me breaking the winch, when I reached out the team were kind enough to repair it for me in a matter of weeks, getting it back to me in time for my trip to the Vic High Country, the brand clearly has workers who care for their customers and truly look after them. Couldn't recommend a brand more, great service and an even better product.
