Nothing wrong with carbon, but if it's a warranty claim shouldn't post the part through aus post. Been waiting almost 1 month. It's been in transit for 2 weeks from a suburb thats 10 minutes drive away from me. Nothing against carbon, but warranty claims should be at higher urgency as it's a fault with the product. Auspost definately isn't the ideal carrier for warranty claims. Should be through at least express post.
