I recently purchased a carbon 12K winch ans was impressed by the level off service and backup by this company. There was a problem with the winch Solednoid failing on our Cape York trip and I contacted Carbon Off-road directly and they had no hesitation in replacing the Solednoid on our return journey at their Gold Coast warehouse at no cost to us. They upgraded Solednoid with a heavier duty version. I also upgraded the original with the flush mount Carbon Off-road mega pro hook.
