TRUE EXPERIENCE: They don't add any improvements. Their service is the same as it was 6 years ago with the same problems occuring again and again. Huge lags, their www is sometimes suddenly out of service during the day, there are limited browsing options, high fees and very expensive shipping from some countries. But the worst is the "customer support" that is not supportive. Bad treatment of customers.
