“Had a Seller acccount with 100% good rating. Everyone was happy and had (too much) money on the account. Then I was suspended... but after asking for the reason for weeks of time I finally got a reaction that I have to stop asking for the reason or they will not give me my money back...

“First time i created the account out of 20 envelopes 18 were lost, only for 2 envelopes i got money back. When i contacted support for refund they banned me and i couldn’t order or contact. But the story doesn’t end here, i thought that I was the problem, because i ordered untracked so i created another account and order tracked. one order had the track code, the other no. I tried to contact support but the contact page is in a loop redirect, so you can’t contact support. the seller admited that he didn’t sent the order, but he didn’t refund and he marked the order as sent. So in conclusion cardmarket is a place for scammers.”
“Non existing customer support. Me and a seller had a problem and we needed their help we waited weeks for the support to help us out but got no reply. After a month with no reply to neither of our tickets we decided to solve it ourself on the side. Luckily the seller was very nice or i could had lost all my money.
Their platform is very good but if there ever is any trouble with a transaction they are not going to help you out.”

“As a professional seller, the experience with this website is horrible. The customer service is so unqualified that you literally have to waste months to keep contacting them in order to get a generic answer once in a while. Furthermore, a particular situation has happened that escalated to a lawsuit because of the customer care incompetence. The customer denied the arrival of the order even though the tracking code and his signature confirmed the opposite. The poor customer care service decided to refund the buyer because he said that it wasn’t his signature. So beware if you’re selling on this disgusting website, you can be scammed at any time (despite if you have all the proofs of a correct delivery). They’re intentionally going against their terms and conditions, so we decided to file a lawsuit.”

Bought a high end card relativelly cheap (with registration letter and trustee service), the buyer regretted and did not shiped it. I contacted support and they said he was forced to ship. He shipped an empty box with no cards in it. Support claimed that "it was more likely that the card was stolen during transportation than the seller (that didn't want to ship the card) sent an empty box. The seller claimed that made a complaint with the transportation company. That was more than 3 months ago. Even the support is no longer repling more than 1 month ago.”

Sold 3 copies of a card to a buyer.
Week later he states it has not been received.
No problem - so I respond to wait a week more, if it doesn't arrive I have the proof of postage so can open up a claim with postage company.
A week later, he opens a dispute that it has arrived, but now the order is damaged and incorrect. I receive a notification to resolve.
Again, no problem - I reach out to the buyer to find out more information and obtain proof to try get this resolved. I receive no response. So I'm unable to do anything further.
Cardmarket decides to restrict my account fully, preventing any sales. After reaching out to their support even after stating they are not responding I'm told that it is my issue to resolve. I requested pictures from them and they don't provide me anything. I'm just expected to refund them and take a loss with no proof, no direct communication with buyer or I cannot use the site.
I'm just glad this happened with a smaller order, because it clearly shows they will side with a buyer no matter what and just expect you to take big losses if it was a large order.
On another note, each response from the support staff took roughly a week, and one of my emails, I even had to send another follow-up email because they just decided not to respond to my previous email. So on top of horrible service they take forever to respond.
Avoid this site.”
