No problems, one call and appt made for following morning. Plumber arrived, a very nice, chatty gentleman, he diagnosed the problem, sorted it and that was that! I am extremely impressed with the service this company provide, it's the second time I've needed their help and been more than happy on both occasions. Thank you.
