I strongly advise against using CareClub. My opinion is not based on a single unfortunate incident, but on repeated negative experiences over the course of three years as a customer. First, every single time I booked an appointment and received a text confirmation, no one showed up. This happened on more than five occasions. Even after calling to double and triple check the booking, rearranging my own schedule, and in some cases taking days off work, I was consistently left waiting for an appointment that never took place. I always had to reschedule for a second time. The standard response I received was the same scripted apology: “we can only apologise for the inconvenience.” An apology might suffice the first time, but not the fifth. Second, I was chased for payments for services that were fully covered under my plan, not once but twice. Only after I challenged these requests did CareClub admit the charges were not valid and cancel them. It is unacceptable that the burden was on me to correct their mistakes. Third, whenever I was told I would receive a callback with an update, the call never came. Not once in three years. Without exception, I was the one who had to chase them for information. Finally, they sent out engineers who were unqualified to resolve the issues. On one occasion, another engineer who came afterward confirmed to me that the first one had no idea what they were doing. The only positive I can mention is that the frontline customer service staff were consistently polite and respectful. Unfortunately, their professionalism cannot make up for a company plagued with systemic failures. CareClub repeatedly wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and demonstrated incompetence across nearly every interaction. For these reasons, I would strongly recommend staying far away from CareClub.

Been with Care Club for sometime then found Payment had increased from £9 . 50p.to £12 .50P in Jan 25 with no prior notification of this making me unable to cancel contact before new increase. Now in dispute with C.C over further payments from Feb 25 Beware!

I provided Abi with £75 for work to my uncle’s property. He never came to Complete the work and has stolen £75. I contacted him many times.

Subscription trap They don't tell you that the contract renews after 12 months But they renew it anyway and try take you to court if you don't like it Very diseatful Stay away from them

we had a small leak in the bathroom from the fitted WC so called Care Club and explained the situation. As this was only a small leak we did not need immediate attention and booked an appointment for following day. Engineer rang before attending , came out, leak fixed, happy wife. First class service and well worth the monthly fee.

Well my first time to use care club and the engineer came and said I need whole new shower ? Well it was not getting hot and every time a plumber came he changed the cartridge which I keep spares in case this happens. He refused to change it saying it will only last a year well a year is better than just leaving ? Refused to return when asked by the office? I was told to get my own plumber as he wasn't going to return. Shocking treatment

As ever, excellent service. I called on Sunday morning and plumber was here within the hour. I would ignore any negative reviews as I have used this service at least 8 times, with excellent communication and repairs.

Abi, the engineer, was absolutely brilliant. He attended my flat and his timing worked around my tenant’s availability. I was impressed that he called me to update me as to his movements and that he was 15 minutes away. I was able to pass this on to my tenant. He called me again when he was there. He was very friendly. The job was completed satisfactorily. I’m very happy. Thanks Rightio!

Having been given a date of two days which was acceptable, i was impressed that i was contacted ten minutes later to inform me an engineer would be at my house within the hour. Excellent service.

The engineer rang me to let me know when he would be arriving, he was very friendly and helpful, he explained what the problem was and told what he would be doing, he was very good at his job and had excellent customer care

The engineer was very helpful and obliging. He told me what he had done and how he managed to service my boiler. The engineer said he had cleaned out the burner filter and made sure that the central heating was working properly and efficiently. Thank you.

Within two hours of my ‘phone call, the Engineer arrived. He quickly ascertained what the problem was, which meant that we now have heating.
