I strongly advise against using CareClub. My opinion is not based on a single unfortunate incident, but on repeated negative experiences over the course of three years as a customer. First, every single time I booked an appointment and received a text confirmation, no one showed up. This happened on more than five occasions. Even after calling to double and triple check the booking, rearranging my own schedule, and in some cases taking days off work, I was consistently left waiting for an appointment that never took place. I always had to reschedule for a second time. The standard response I received was the same scripted apology: “we can only apologise for the inconvenience.” An apology might suffice the first time, but not the fifth. Second, I was chased for payments for services that were fully covered under my plan, not once but twice. Only after I challenged these requests did CareClub admit the charges were not valid and cancel them. It is unacceptable that the burden was on me to correct their mistakes. Third, whenever I was told I would receive a callback with an update, the call never came. Not once in three years. Without exception, I was the one who had to chase them for information. Finally, they sent out engineers who were unqualified to resolve the issues. On one occasion, another engineer who came afterward confirmed to me that the first one had no idea what they were doing. The only positive I can mention is that the frontline customer service staff were consistently polite and respectful. Unfortunately, their professionalism cannot make up for a company plagued with systemic failures. CareClub repeatedly wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and demonstrated incompetence across nearly every interaction. For these reasons, I would strongly recommend staying far away from CareClub.
