Well my first time to use care club and the engineer came and said I need whole new shower ?
Well it was not getting hot and every time a plumber came he changed the cartridge which I keep spares in case this happens.
He refused to change it saying it will only last a year well a year is better than just leaving ?
Refused to return when asked by the office?
I was told to get my own plumber as he wasn't going to return.
