You are brilliant. My boiler was due for service in October but you said it was a good idea to do it in the summer to avoid problems in winter, I emailed to ask to have it done early and a lady rang me the next day and booked an appointment for Friday this week but then the engineer rang today to see if I would like it done today as the he was in my area. A lovely man came, he was friendly and efficient and talked me through what he had done. I can't rate you highly enough. Thank you so much.
