Disappointed is the first word that comes to mind.
I purchased the item o/n 1045027976 on 27/1/22 but have not seen the delivery yet.
The latest expected delivery date from Carmax was at worst was Friday 18/2/22.
I had intended to purchase at least 2 of these items but decided to go with 1 for now.
If this is your usual service then I may have to rethink my next order...
