“I don’t think instructions give any clear indication the difference between TENS Mass & EMS. Also why are the electron wires red & black. This is not explained. Does it matter which colour goes where?”

“Have tried to phone the day after I received my order only to hear a recorded message saying to send an email for a faster reply. Emailed numerous times only to have email sent back saying that message could not be delivered.”

“The Caremax pre 2.0 was delivered efficiently and it does what it is claimed to do. It has assisted my wife considerably with her pain management. In the near future we will be travelling and the unit is light and compact so it will be going along with us.”

“Customer service was really really helpful, prompt reply and organised extra express shipping for me after I'd already placed my order. I would have really really appreciated some sort of size guide when purchasing this - I initially had purchased the larger one and found it the wrong fit, so I then had to pay again for a smaller size. Sad face.”
