“I was sent earbuds when I am pretty sure I ordered ear clips, and the buds do not fit my ears. They have not really responded to my question about this but told me to order earclips and I have been charged postage for them to New Zealand. It would cost more to return the earbuds by post than the refund I would get. If I had been sent ear clips with the TENS device with the original order, I would not have to pay the extra postage cost, nor for the earbuds themselves. Since I didn't know earbuds for the device existed, I am puzzled that I was sent them instead of the ear clips that I am pretty sure I ordered.”

“The nebuliser is great, 5 star! The postage was terrible. I first saw the unit for sale on Amazon, did a check and found it was an Aussie company and decided to buy. Unfortunately I didn't think and bought direct. This is a problem because Amazon had 2 day delivery not two weeks. I then had to go and buy another unit locally to get my wife through until this one arrived.”

“I ordered a product on Monday 24th Novembe nd paid extra for express postage but it wasn't dispatched until the following Thursday which I though not veryngood when express is supposed to be delivered the next day.”
