“The TENS user manual and instructions for use could be clearer. I specifically bought the TENS machine for its VNS function however there were no instructions for use in the manual. Eventually I was able to work it out online but it wasn’t straightforward. In saying that, once you understand it, the product is great. I would not recommend the courier Aramex as the package arrived days later than the tracking suggested and contacting them was painful as the drivers are individual contractors and difficult to contact. My package eventually arrived days late and beaten up. Thankfully the products were not damaged. Based this experience I’m not sure if i would purchase again.”

“Service is ok. Delivered as soon as could from Aus to Uk. I bought the pro to use as a Vagus Nerve Stimulator.... no instructions in the booklet.... you have to go online and download and print off. The instructions are a little complicated which left me feeling quite nervous as the ear clip is so near the brain. I seem to have to have it on 40 which is max... and dont know if I'm doing it correctly or not.”
