“Thankyou .. I can breathe so much better at night with my new filter I will be definitely be ordering again if it dsnt arrive squashed from the courier company . But it was damaged the filter was squashed but it still works so I will just hope it continues working. It cost me just as much in shipping as the price .”

“The knee sleeve is really good. The only thing was with the socks ordered, the pin adapters were not in the package and they were meant to come with the socks to be able to use. I contacted customer support and they said they would send some out. I haven’t received them yet, but looking forward to them. Also the courier was slow. Australia post is a lot better.”

“The TENS user manual and instructions for use could be clearer. I specifically bought the TENS machine for its VNS function however there were no instructions for use in the manual. Eventually I was able to work it out online but it wasn’t straightforward. In saying that, once you understand it, the product is great. I would not recommend the courier Aramex as the package arrived days later than the tracking suggested and contacting them was painful as the drivers are individual contractors and difficult to contact. My package eventually arrived days late and beaten up. Thankfully the products were not damaged. Based this experience I’m not sure if i would purchase again.”
