“Needed a water flosser -can't say I am convinced it is quality however - where are the instructions? Made in China! I cannot seem to get it right with the start button- maybe it is faulty? Have managed to clean between teeth but only after spraying the bathroom many times as I figured it out and the start button doesn't make sense to me - no I'm not stupid - just need instructions”

“Customer service was really really helpful, prompt reply and organised extra express shipping for me after I'd already placed my order. I would have really really appreciated some sort of size guide when purchasing this - I initially had purchased the larger one and found it the wrong fit, so I then had to pay again for a smaller size. Sad face.”

“Service is ok. Delivered as soon as could from Aus to Uk. I bought the pro to use as a Vagus Nerve Stimulator.... no instructions in the booklet.... you have to go online and download and print off. The instructions are a little complicated which left me feeling quite nervous as the ear clip is so near the brain. I seem to have to have it on 40 which is max... and dont know if I'm doing it correctly or not.”

“I was sent earbuds when I am pretty sure I ordered ear clips, and the buds do not fit my ears. They have not really responded to my question about this but told me to order earclips and I have been charged postage for them to New Zealand. It would cost more to return the earbuds by post than the refund I would get. If I had been sent ear clips with the TENS device with the original order, I would not have to pay the extra postage cost, nor for the earbuds themselves. Since I didn't know earbuds for the device existed, I am puzzled that I was sent them instead of the ear clips that I am pretty sure I ordered.”

“Unfortunately Auspost lets you down with express post. Only 180km away and took 5 days to arrive. I ordered a parcel from Perth at the exact same time and it came 2 days later. Purchased express post as I needed the machine asap. Would have rather drive down and get it instead.”
