“Hey guys, before i write my Google review. I thought id better give you the opportunity to address my disappointment with my recent purchase of your genuine pads, they are really not half as good as the ones that came with the machine, they have lost there stickiness after four to five applications. the original ones were still being used after at least fourty uses. i should of saved my money and brought the none genuine pads!!!”

“The delivery process was fine. THe font on the brochure explaining the device is so small I am yet to find the patience to read and start using the device. MOre help is needed on how to use. BRochure not user friendly.”

“I ordered a product on Monday 24th Novembe nd paid extra for express postage but it wasn't dispatched until the following Thursday which I though not veryngood when express is supposed to be delivered the next day.”

“Ok. But the rubber rubs and causes sores and you need to be careful to ensure they don’t get twisted. I’ll try them for a little while longer but at this stage not as easy to wear.”

“Products 5 Stars, Service 1 Star. The products are very good, but... I placed an order from Europe (Shipping & Handling 39 AUD). In the delivered package one product was missing, which I need. Instead of delivering the missing product, Caremax has planned a refund, which obliges me to place another order and pay againg the Shipping & Handling costs, which are more expensive than the prduct itself. And what if I place a new order and receive again a wrong delivery? With the quality of the products ist the service reliability very important as well.”

“I had a package get lost and they wouldn’t refund me for two months; until I bought more electrodes. It’s like they didn’t believe me, or the mail system that said the package hadn’t moved since January 21st. I begged them to send my new order in a bigger box to prevent it getting lost which they did, but they didn’t stuff the box with anything so it arrived crushed and partially open.”
