Products 5 Stars, Service 1 Star. The products are very good, but... I placed an order from Europe (Shipping & Handling 39 AUD). In the delivered package one product was missing, which I need. Instead of delivering the missing product, Caremax has planned a refund, which obliges me to place another order and pay againg the Shipping & Handling costs, which are more expensive than the prduct itself. And what if I place a new order and receive again a wrong delivery? With the quality of the products ist the service reliability very important as well.
