“The product was dead on arrival.The stand by mode did not work or nebulise. I would not buy this product again.”

“Product settings do not match the research recommended settings. The preset programs do not match the recommended settings that the research Caremax reference in their articles on how to use the TENS machine. Caremax support advised that I will need to custom set the user defined programs. But there are not enough of them, and they cant be set to the same values as the researchers recommended. Took quite a lot of work to figure this out, despite Caremax statement saying "We provide a comprehensive packaging solution" It looks very much like they developed a fancy website, then buy a cheap/generic device from Aliexpress with their logo on it. But the programming is not the same as the research recommends. Disappointing. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.”

“Havent received the product that I ordered on 28/12. Its now 8/1 & ARAMEX refuse to admit it is lost until 13/1. I DO NOT USE ARAMEX because they are the WORST DELIVERER, even INDIA POST is better. Ive advised ARAMEX that my post is medical and I need it, they refuse to locate it. There is an alert on it saying its been delayed, last seen at Melbourne. Yet it was logged on ARAMEX as having arrived at my local depot on 4/11 to be delivered on 5/11. The alert shows suburbs affected by the delay, none of which apply to my parcel. ARAMEX refuse to acknowledge that they have lost it until Monday 13th, which is 9 working days after they received it. Or 16 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. AT WHICH POINT I STILL WILL NOT HAVE IT. TOTAL F***UP and its MY HEALTH THAT IS SUFFERING. THANKS FOR NOTHING ARAMEX. CAREMAX CHANGE YOUR CARRIER. Give customers the CHOICE NOT TO USE ARAMEX. ARAMEX's excuse is CAREMAX should have sent it PRIORITY if its a health product.”

“I ordered my nebuliser with express shipping. It sat in their warehouse for another two days and then it was the weekend of and then they decided to send it. I called on the Friday when I could see it hadn’t left. No human to answer the phone so I left a message saying please cancel the order and received no response or action. Not even a good faith refund for the express shipping component.”

“I want to return the item I purchased because it's not the right product for me but there's no way of contacting CareMax so it looks like I'm stuck with it. I will go and buy a different brand but I'm not impressed.”

“If i could put zero star i would, product was total rubbish do yourselves a favour and look else where , Within 30 days of customer receiving products: Caremax covers return shipping. This was on there web site but they refused to pay for postage plus they didnt refund me the full amount for the producy.i tried to ring them multiple time could not get through and they woulnt return my emails only after days had gone by VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE never to deal with this crowd again.”

“If I could give a zero I would. Even though I have normal size neck and got several friends/family to try it they could not get it close to being closed and fit correctly. I’m still expected to pay for return shipping when clearly there is something wrong with the device.”

“I received my nebuliser a week ago, I used it once and it worked, I've just tried to use it again and it is now leaking like a sieve, not happy with the quality of this product, I purchased it because I have a lung condition. Not sure what to do about this, please help me”
