This product does not work, I've have been running it for 24 hours and very minimal water comes out. The product made no difference. The temperature and humidity showing in the machine doesn"t mach with the Thermometer Humidity at bedroom

Disappointed is the first word that comes to mind. I purchased the item o/n 1045027976 on 27/1/22 but have not seen the delivery yet. The latest expected delivery date from Carmax was at worst was Friday 18/2/22. I had intended to purchase at least 2 of these items but decided to go with 1 for now. If this is your usual service then I may have to rethink my next order... Karl Rowston

You sent me the wrong product. I decided to keep it in the hopes of one day being able to use it, but as I live overseas I didn’t have time to lodge a complaint, especially since the only way way to contact you is in writing. I even took a screenshot of the gel pads I ordered, where it described the pads as having a particular feature (a button that can be attached the these wires) and the ones I got were completely different and have no button and can in no way be attached to my TENS machine. Very unimpressed. I also got an email NINE days after ordering them, to say they had been shipped, despite the website saying that they would ship products over $20 the SAME DAY. Super unimpressed.

This is more a review with regard to the delivery - I have NOT received my product yet so I am unable to rate "the Product", but I was horrified to learn, after placing my order, that delivery is through ARAMEX who couldn't deliver a pandemic, let alone a parcel. I think they are using FLINTSTONE mobiles for their deliveries. I received a message that they are "running" late - indeed!!!

Checking out reviews. Seems every product reviewed is nameless. First site I have looked at that fails to identify the product and it does look like there are quite a few different products as different functions are described. ?????

I FEEL THAT ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE, THE INSTRUMENTAL THAT YOU SHOW IS MENT FOR A VAGINA OR I’M WRONG? THE TENS GENERATOR. DOES NOT DISPLAY THAT IT STIMULATES THE VAGINA, ALL IT HAS IS FOR PAIN I DON’T HAVE PAIN. I NEED IT FOR STIMULATION. ********.

No phone number, forced to use online chat. Online chat says no one available and that they will respond within 24 hours. 9 Days later, my message is still on "unread" and no response to the question I sent via email. With communication non existent and no way to directly contact them, I would hate to be a customer having to negotiate a warranty repair through Caremax.

Sorry, the parcel from VIC to NSW can experience a delay of up to 2 weeks due to the understaffing caused by lockdown restrictions. Please allow a few more days for the parcel to arrive. We also followed up with Aramex to speed up the process.

hopeless that you can't get telephone help, particularly after you have purchased a product. Your site kept dropping out when I was trying to order and weeks later we finally got the product. We had terrible trouble making it fit the product I had bought from you and when I did get a call back, after trying for 2 weeks, I was told to 'keep trying'. If I'm referred to you for any future product for my husband, I will be looking elsewhere.

Very soft gel like product that will not do anything for your bunions let alone correcting. Waste of money. Did not sent it back as it would have costed more than the product. Not happy ☹️

I did not receive an email receipt for this product after purchasing on 14/11/2020, and need one to claim my extras cover rebate for a TENS machine. I have emailed Caremax on 26 Nov asking for one, and have not yet had a reply. No phone support available. Poor customer service - I'm not happy.
