“The staff told me to apply water to my ear lobe or buy some special gel when I sent them an email that i could not get the ear clips working indicating that they know all about the conductivity issues with the ear clips.”

For the proper functioning of the tens machine, a complete electric circuit is required. Just like with the electrode pads, if there's an interruption in the circuit, it will halt the flow of electric current. Whether this situation occurs or not is contingent upon the skin condition of each individual. Typically, we suggest using water and ultrasonic gel cream to enhance conductivity, although the majority of our customers find these unnecessary.

“I haven't received my parcel yet Its been more than 3 weeks. No updates on the tracking and I have been calling the parcel team and care Max nothing has happened yet. I am not happy.”

“This is a absolute waste of money. The air pressure u can't even feel and then I had to pay 20 bucks to send the faulty expensive thing back. I won't shop here again especially after the poor customer service and still waiting on my full refund which won't be a full refund as I had to pay 20 bucks shipping for something peice of cheap plastic they charge 185 bucks for. I learnt my lesson the hard way. Domt believe everything you read!!!”

“This product does not work, I've have been running it for 24 hours and very minimal water comes out. The product made no difference. The temperature and humidity showing in the machine doesn"t mach with the Thermometer Humidity at bedroom”

“Disappointed is the first word that comes to mind. I purchased the item o/n 1045027976 on 27/1/22 but have not seen the delivery yet. The latest expected delivery date from Carmax was at worst was Friday 18/2/22. I had intended to purchase at least 2 of these items but decided to go with 1 for now. If this is your usual service then I may have to rethink my next order... Karl Rowston”

“You sent me the wrong product. I decided to keep it in the hopes of one day being able to use it, but as I live overseas I didn’t have time to lodge a complaint, especially since the only way way to contact you is in writing. I even took a screenshot of the gel pads I ordered, where it described the pads as having a particular feature (a button that can be attached the these wires) and the ones I got were completely different and have no button and can in no way be attached to my TENS machine. Very unimpressed. I also got an email NINE days after ordering them, to say they had been shipped, despite the website saying that they would ship products over $20 the SAME DAY. Super unimpressed.”
