I had a package get lost and they wouldn’t refund me for two months; until I bought more electrodes.
It’s like they didn’t believe me, or the mail system that said the package hadn’t moved since January 21st.
I begged them to send my new order in a bigger box to prevent it getting lost which they did, but they didn’t stuff the box with anything so it arrived crushed and partially open.
