“Tax Invoice with ZERO balance was not provided with product delivered. Requested Tax invoice did not include payment details and my aged care claim was subsequently refused. I needed to go in to Paypal, print the payment details, and submit my claim to aged care a second time. * not really good when I've just returned from hospital with a collapsed lung. RECOMMENDATION Request Accounts include the Tax invoice (with ZERO balance) with the 'product' for delivery.”

“The purchase experience has been OK but the life expectancy on your medicine bottles attached to the nebuliser has been variable and at times poor. You advise washing them out for 10 minutes with boiling water but as soon as you do that it leaks and doesn't really clean it at all. A comment on this would be great !”

“The product is OK but I have no good experience cleaning it. When I place it in boiling water for 10 minutes either the seal on the cap leaks or it will not clean itself. I have purchased the bottle multiple times but cannot get the 10% discount to work on the website. My wife uses the nebuliser daily and based on this it feels that I don't have a choice.”

“I finally had to e mail Caremax in the end , to find out my product had not left the warehouse and no freight information received . On offering this as a gift , I found that there were only two sets of electrode pads included. I have bought this same product on two other separate occasions and many more electrode pads were included”
