“Delivery was prompt, but product description on the website needs more detail. It wasn't clear to me that the product was designed for children, and adult brush heads had to be purchased separately.”

“A pure novice, a clip to show how to use both the machine snd belt for the various settings would be helpful. Online info is full of ads. It could be sent to customers as a part of the confirmation process.”
