Disappointed I was not told this was the wrong fitting for the vibration wand I purchased. It would be helpful if this was noted on the website

The TENS Knee Sleeve Brace us good but I wish you would have had sizes to pick from. It’s very very tight as my legs are very swollen.

the belt requires an extension as the belt does not fit some sizes and that is my size.

I am mostly happy with the product, however the wall charger was the wrong one, not made for Australian powerpoints. Pretty bad since the website is Australian. There was an additional wall adapter sent with product however adapter was not the correct type, i sent emailed letting caremax aware of my situation and was simply sent a link to an ebay site where i could purchase the correct adapter with no intention to reimburse.

I was disappointed to learn that even though it had two outlet channels I couldn't cross the wires and focus on the one area.

I find it very difficult to get the setting I want. The directions should be much clearer.. for instance step by step . If I fluke massage for shoulders, I have no idea how to get one of the 3 massage options.. I’ve tried to follow the instruction manual but it’s not helpful for me. Otherwise I do like the treatments I’ve managed to work out but it’s all hit and miss! I’ve used the Hidow tens machine for years and that was very simple.

Considering I ordered your appliance mid December with a guarantee delivery before Christmas and I had to send a strong worded email mid January before the appliance was sent I feel the service wasn't very efficient.

Hi Gail, Thanks for your email and we really apology for the inconveinece that has been caused by the delay in shipping. Due to our oversight, we failed to pick up the payment made via Westpac phone system. This is the reason why the shipping was delayed by half month until we have received your email. We would get in touch with Westpac to check if possible to remind us whenever a payment is made via phone. However it is not an excuse for our mistake and we will exercise extra care in future and implement more frequent reconcilation process. Regards, Caremax
