Tax Invoice with ZERO balance was not provided with product delivered.
Requested Tax invoice did not include payment details and my aged care claim was subsequently refused.
I needed to go in to Paypal, print the payment details, and submit my claim to aged care a second time.
* not really good when I've just returned from hospital with a collapsed lung.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Accounts include the Tax invoice (with ZERO balance) with the 'product' for delivery.
