“Company service is excellent. I'm not convinced that these soft gel toe separaters will work on my bunions as the item in the gap is small as squishy.”

“The TENS user manual and instructions for use could be clearer. I specifically bought the TENS machine for its VNS function however there were no instructions for use in the manual. Eventually I was able to work it out online but it wasn’t straightforward. In saying that, once you understand it, the product is great. I would not recommend the courier Aramex as the package arrived days later than the tracking suggested and contacting them was painful as the drivers are individual contractors and difficult to contact. My package eventually arrived days late and beaten up. Thankfully the products were not damaged. Based this experience I’m not sure if i would purchase again.”

“Didn't give it a 5 because they only ship on weekdays which delays deliveries particularly for orders made late Fridays.”
