Ordering processing went smoothly. Delivery was delayed due to Australia post despite paying extra for express. Unfortunately, there was a set of wires missing. But support was accomodating and sent out the missing pair. Initially, communication was not overly fast and I was concerned if I would get the wires so I bought more in case.
