Paid express shipping on a Friday lunchtime. Item was not sent till Monday. Finally arrived Wednesday. Incorrect item sent. You refuse to send correct item until you receive the incorrect item back. Despite being able to track it Not impressed. Just glad it was not an item that we needed in a hurry. Will see if and when correct item arrives. Refund of express shipping should have been the minimum offered
